History

KAFKA WASTE MANAGEMENT & RECYCLING LLC was established in 2020 in Izmir and started its operations in Akalan district, Kemalpaşa. KAFKA, with a team built of professionals with 15 years of experience, strives to adapt and develop new technologies in the integrated waste management field, contributing to the innovation in the industry for the fulfillment of the void in the world.

KAFKA WASTE MANAGEMENT & RECYCLING works in partnership with the GREENSLEY LTD.CO. of England, a pioneer in the waste management business. Our integrated facility maintains corporate standards with the foresight of being recommended to the EU. We work hard with the intention of becoming the only facility in Turkey to fit the international standards of integrated waste disposal and recycling plant granted with an inspection from the EU committee.

Mission & Vision

As KAFKA RECYCLING, our aim is to provide permanent solutions for industrial waste using our experience and network in Europe to align with the state-of-art recycling and disposal technologies in line with our wide-ranging licenses from the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization.

We aim to;
  • Provide continuous improvement by prioritizing our relationship with the environment in our activities, for a sustainable environment.
  • As an environmentally friendly company, we strive to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in our productions and, accordingly, develop projects for the control and reduction of greenhouse gases in order to combat climate change.
  • Increase environmental performance by continuously developing and improving the Environmental Management System.
  • Analyze and eliminate the hazards in advance for the risks that may cause work accidents and occupational diseases in our facility.
  • Carry out activities in compliance with the legal legislation by providing trainings and raising awareness, in order to ensure occupational health and safety.
  • Ensure the participation of our employees and suppliers in OHS Management System and continuously measure and improve the performance of the system.
