Non-hazardous Waste Recovery

Non-hazardous waste such as metal and plastic are brought to the facility by trucks and are placed in the raw material storage units. The waste products are then sorted according to their properties and are transferred to the recycling line to be processed into smaller segments. The processed pieces are cleaned, packaged and stored to be resold.

Plastic Materials

After being shattered and sorted according to their properties, recovered plastics are packaged and stored in the appropriate section of the plant to be shipped out as raw material for the plastic production industry.

Metals

The waste metal products that arrive at the facility are first sorted and then broken into smaller segments followed by a radiation control. After this process, the non-hazardous waste is stored in the warehouse. The hazardous metals that are not acceptable will be shipped to licensed facilities to be disposed off and are reported to the Ministry of Urban and Environment Planning within 15 days. The incoming metal waste will be cut, pressed and cleaned and will be prepared as raw material to be resold.
